Litigation Paralegal

High-end boutique law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join the team. This firm handles complex commercial litigation, class action litigation, consumer litigation, and personal injury matters, as well as mergers & acquisitions, complex capital raises, investment transactions, and more. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our litigation attorney in all phases of the litigation process.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and filing documents
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to schedule meetings, depositions, and court appearances
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist with trial preparation
• Review and analyze documents for discovery purposes
• Assist with document production and manage electronic databases
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
• Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering phones and managing calendars
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
