What You Will Be Doing - Handle a strong caseload of personal injury cases from the start of litigation through trial
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal / case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
What You Need for this Position - 3+ Years of Experience in Personal Injury Litigation
- J.D. or Esquire Degree
- Colorado Bar License
- Background in drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
- Competency in Case-Management Software
- Ability to Manage a large Caseload
