As the Learning and Development Manager, you will work to build an exceptional learning strategy to meet our YETIzens where they are in their learning and development journey.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with Talent Leadership, develop learning strategy to foster growth in key capabilities within YETIzens across various functions, levels and geographic locations
  • Design engaging learning experiences which meet YETIzens in the moments that matter across their career and day-to-day work
  • Work with Talent leadership to curate and capture moments that matter to YETIzens through the collection and re-telling of stories
  • Design and facilitate new manager and leadership training
  • Support key Talent programs through close partnership and collaboration to address skill and knowledge gaps
  • Dynamic facilitation of hybrid, virtual and in-class learning experiences for YETIzens
  • Develop key strategies to leverage MS Office 365 platform to engage learners
  • Collaborate with Internal Communications, functional training teams and the Talent Business Partners to ensure a consistent and engaging learning experience for YETIzens
Qualifications and Attributes:
  • At least 6 years of learning and development program management, facilitation, and content/curriculum design
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a people manager preferred
  • Deep expertise building learning content in support of curriculum programs to address skill and competency gaps at scale
  • Experience building and delivering new manager and leadership training
  • Experience building content and curriculum for asynchronous and geographically dispersed audiences (e.g., international, remote/flexible)
  • Experience developing and facilitating training for a variety of Adult learner audiences
  • Experience using Office 365 and Workday Learning to build training
  • Experience building learning content using eLearning development platforms such as Articulate and Captivate products preferred
  • Experience developing tutorials, just-in-time content, and video production preferred
  • Ability to balance program innovation and complexity with end-user ease of use and consistency
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
  • Demonstrated track record of collaborating across cross-functional teams
