Lead Solutions Architect, Enterprise Integrations : Become the Newest Member of the Hanes Family

Lead Solutions Architect, Enterprise Integrations is an industry thought leader that will help to create, Publish and communicate Enterprise Integration Framework, guidelines and standards. The integration Architect will set the overall vision, strategy for both Application to Application (A2A) and Business and Business (B2B) integration including directing future initiatives that build components of architecture ensuring convergence towards the defined future state.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Responsible for capturing current and future state information architectures across all lines of business and understanding data flows and integration points
  • Define integration patterns and standard methodologies for integration design, engineering and development including ensuring high-quality output: project design documents, reference architectures, decision documents, and position papers
  • Lead, mentor and provide integration design and architecture for delivery teams. Collaborate with functional and technical teams and provide Subject Matter Expertise to drive a step change in the data space by improving speed of delivery and reduce cost
  • Effectively analyzes root causes to provide solutions for production and development or assure optimization of performance objects and systems utilizing best practices
  • Able to clearly Articulate enterprise data flow and communication strategies at organizational level. Develop, maintain and evangelize integration architecture guiding principles, policies, best practices, reference architecture and standards
  • Define and maintain target integration architecture and Strategies in alignment with business and technology objectives including advocating efforts to close gaps between as-is and to-be architectures
  • Provide thought leadership for data flow architecture including security, integration, and services and API efforts
  • Determining & delivering operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses, in line with future state target operating model
  • Coordinate with the Systems Integration vendor partner teams for delivery of the application development and integration work items outlined in the scope for a given deployment release
  • Allocate resources such as budget, personnel, and time to different projects or initiatives based on strategic priorities.
  • Coach teams to deliver Architecture in line with Strategic delivery initiatives
Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 10+ years of experience
  • Master's degree with 8+ years relevant work experience preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) as a Solutions Architect, with a focus on enterprise integration.
  • Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using middleware platforms, ESBs, APIs, messaging protocols, and other integration technologies.
  • Ability to articulate all the integration patterns and enabling platforms
  • Strong experience and expertise with SAP BTP (CPI , API Management, Trading Partner Management, Event Mesh ) /PO/PI, IBM ESB, Sterling B2Bi
  • Preferable to have background with MuleSoft and other Cloud platforms (SuccessFactors, Ariba)
  • Expert in integration patterns: web services, REST API and synchronous/asynchronous integration mechanisms

Job Specific Competencies
  • Hands-on experience with leading integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with cloud integration services (e.g., AWS Lambda, Azure Logic Apps, Google Cloud Pub/Sub).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to architect scalable and resilient integration solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
