Projects the candidate will be working on:

• PLM upgrades and Scalability initiatives enabling performance enhancements to support claims and capitation payment processing.

Ideal Background:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in an IT EBS Application development role supporting Healthcare claims payment processing projects.

Experience:

• Required 10 to 15 years working in a senior Oracle EBS/Financials Application developer role to deliver healthcare finance processing solutions.

Experience with the following role/tools:

• Work closely with EBS application development team to analyze, recommend and implement performance improvements to Oracle Financials processes.
• Experience working with Oracle support to identify performance patches and tuning opportunities
• Experience working with agile teams and utilizing Rally to manage USs
• Extensive experience working the AP, Cash Management and GL modules of the Oracle EBS suite for large scale implementations
• Strong development experience on an Oracle 19c DB
• Strong development experience with the Oracle XML publisher package
• Experience creating and executing functional and performance tests

Nice to have

• Functional knowledge and experience on an Oracle EBS financial implementation for a healthcare payment system
• OAF, Java concurrent program & API services experience
• API/KAFKA data integration activities

Team and Team size:

• Agile team – 8
• 1 PM, 4 Software engineers, 2 quality engineers, 1 solution architect

Top Responsibilities:

• Analyze, recommend and implement performance improvements to the EBS based claims payment system 2) work with agile teams and utilize Rally to manage USs.
• Develop and execute performance testing
• Perform hands on leadership, coaching, mentoring and software engineering best practices to junior engineers
• Develop and execute functional test cases

Skills/attributes Required

• 10 to 15 years of experience in the following roles/skillset/tools
• Working as an EBS Application developer on both standard and customized modules in the AP, Cash Management and GL space.
• Working with agile teams and utilizing Rally to manage USs.
• Working to tune processes by introducing multi-threading and tuning queries/introducing indexes to scale processes to handle large volumes
• Integrating Oracle EBS platforms to upstream and downstream systems through files, KAFKA streaming and API solutions 5) functional test creation and execution skills

Skills/attributes Preferred

• Experience driving design and configuration activities for solutions leveraging the Oracle EBS product suite.
