Onward Play is looking for analytics-driven Lead Product Manager who can own projects, drive results, and directly impact the business performance of large-scale games. The ideal candidate will have experience writing product specifications, and game analytics, with a solid understanding of all core metrics and heavily relying on data.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


Led major initiatives and special projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing reports, SQL analysis, and writing up specs based on data.
Expert in core and domain-specific metrics. Derive insights from independently formulated analyses.
Define strategy for focus areas that drive business outcomes.
Write thorough specifications for features or products.
Relentlessly deconstruct features/mechanics across the competitive landscape. Apply takeaways to feature designs.
Manage deadlines by making appropriate trade-offs and developing action plans in highly fluid, changing priorities, constraints, and team member skills.
Ensure cross-functional groups communicate optimally. Present to senior executives, adjusting communication style as required.


DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


5+ years of experience in product management in consumer web or game development
Track record of understanding consumer gaming needs to build product requirements. Lead partner efforts (Marketing, Customer Service, etc) to ensure quality experiences.
Experience interpreting community feedback into digestible insights for the team and incorporating it into product requirements.
Enjoys sharing meaningful findings which help other PMs and team members grow.
Passion for gaming
Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
BA/BS degree
