Job Description

• Requires advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and more.

• Requires strong skills in technical problem solving, especially in client side scripting.

• Requires strong capabilities in integration. Integration includes integrating web templates, HTML/CSS, js scripts and more into a CMS system.

• Create new webpage templates, both master and secondary page templates.

• Handle all HTML/CSS changes for the website.

• Manage content revisions to the website using a CMS system.

• Create new webpages.

• Improve the user-friendliness and usability of key landing pages.

• Evaluate potential SEO improvements to the website, execute the necessary changes, and track results via SEO rankings.

• Optimize the website for maximum performance and page loading speed.

• Provide regular reports and presentations on the website and digital marketing efforts.

System Integration & Ecommerce

• Integrate macros into a CMS system after each sprint.

• Overwrite the CSS from macro controls to ensure consistent styling.

• Write HTML and CSS files for macro controls, based on global specifications.

• Write BRDs, Use Cases and other documentation to guide developers' in building new order pages and website controls.

• Test for bugs before an ecom release.

• Collaborate with a global team to achieve ecommerce goals under a tight timeline.

• Coordinate with other departments to identify, track and fix bugs.

Digital Marketing

• Manage email campaigns.

• Manage Google adwords account and campaigns. Campaigns should be updated monthly.

• Manage social media campaigns.

• Manage Google Analytics account, including reviewing and reporting traffic patterns.

• Improve digital marketing tracking and analytics capabilities.

• Manage a variety of marketing tools related to customer feedback, SEO, and more.

• Improve SEO ranking and report results each quarter.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other related degree concentration, orequivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)

• Advanced skill level in HTML, CSS and Javascript (5 years at least)

• Ability to quickly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Time management is critical to this position.

• ASP.NET experience is desirable

Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Denver, CO are encouraged to apply.
