• The Position: We are seeking an individual that can perform basic janitorial and light maintenance duties.

• Pay: $18-$20.00 per hour, DOE and $4.41 per hour Health and Welfare fringe.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to communicate well and follow written instructions.
• Positive attitude and ability to contribute positively to a team environment!
• Three (3) years of previous applicable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning to include, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, disposing of trash, and other duties as required.
• Performing outdoor maintenance such as mowing, trimming shrubbery, picking up debris, applying pesticides, and other related tasks.
• Operating various types of cleaning equipment and safely handling and disposing of chemicals and cleaning products.
• Performs other work as required in support of general maintenance activity.
• Work closely with others on the team to help develop new skills and knowledge
• Participate in maintenance planning meetings
• Using good judgement and communicating any needs, concerns, hazards, and safety issues to management team.
• Following all procedures and safety protocols/regulations, to include OSHA standards/regulations.
