Under managerial direction; direct and supervise consultants (on H1B Visa), act as liaison between consultants and clients, and is responsible for the redeployment of consultants rolling off assignment, salary negotiations and terms of their assignment.
  • Manage the redeployment of candidates rolling off assignment.
  • Assess skill levels and technical expertise of the candidates and matches them to job openings. Match consultants and assignments based on career goals and client needs.
  • Conduct periodic consultant performance appraisals.
  • Negotiate salaries of consultants moving from one assignment to the next.
  • Package the candidates for presentation to client.
  • Coach and counsel candidates as necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve client and/or consultant complaints. Escalate issues to appropriate department (Legal, HR, etc.).
  • Maintain ongoing relationship with consultant and clients.
  • Recommend disciplinary action as appropriate.
  • Maintain immigration files - public access and firm specific.
  • Manage training infrastructure for the international consultants.
  • Identify and document Best Practices.
  • Collect and provide market information/intelligence to support the Business Unit strategy.
  • Analyze and document competitor, client and candidate trends.
  • Train new employees.
  • None required.

  • Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Proficient PC skills - especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook).
  • Commitment and adherence to Firm Core Values.
  • Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Business Degree preferred.
  • None required.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
