Job Description:
Activities:
- Implement new solutions or functions following business needs
- Help build sustainable software architecture
- Assist the delivery of solutions
- Report progress, communicate proactively
- Provide on-going maintenance and support for existing applications
- Troubleshoot proactively issues when discovered
- Provide entry-level technical support of business applications
- Manage time effectively to ensure that tasks and projects are delivered on schedule
- Participate in the on-call rotation for the IT group
- Adhere to company / team procedures
- Travel to company sites worldwide may be required up to 1 - 2 times per year
