At the direction of the Domain Lead, the IS&T Director, Business Solutions will partner with business executive stakeholders to lead business process mapping and improvement projects that increase business efficiency, streamline processes and reduce complexity in the organization's application portfolio. With business leadership, advise Digital Solutions, prioritize improvements and demands with the business. Identify resources and efforts to implement projects and solutions once approved by business stakeholders and management. Manage/Oversee projects from initiation to implementation. Requires strong analytical skills, business analysis skills, excellent business process documentation, and customer service skills. Be a leader that supports, manages, and executes projects and accompanies the business in their change. Vendor management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals.

Develop business technology strategies to ensure standardized processes and tools as much as possible.
Assist in defining all functional aspects of various business applications including but not limited to SAP for the particular areas of customer service and purchasing for the global supply chain.
Collaborate with Project Managers to implement major projects aligned with business goals.
Ability/Willingness to work with Global peers to share best practices to further the VNA business
Create and present business cases, plus identify business needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Solution Delivery teams to identify appropriate internal and external resources necessary to accomplish project deliverables on time and on budget.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, concise, and professional presentations and communications.
Education / Experience / Background
Minimum Bachelor Degree, Master Degree preferred
5-8 years business experience
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Supply chain experience with focus on dispatch and tracking systems
Proven leadership skills
Driven - High Energy
Functional support, blueprinting new capabilities and changes, technical requirements
Document Functional specifications, ie business blueprinting
At the Domain Lead's direction liaise between Key Business Users and Developers ensuring Business Requirements are defined, fulfilled, and are met in a timely manner
IT experience with ERP management (SAP) including Billing and Financial reporting (+)
