Our dynamic client in Fountain Valley, CA is looking for an Invoice Processor for a 3 month contract role. Responsibilities include reviewing invoices from suppliers for accuracy, working with cross functional teams to ensure discrepancies are cleared, and ensuring timely closure of all invoices. Onsite role in Fountain Valley, CA. Pay is $26/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and Reviewing Invoices for Accuracy
• Matching of Purchase Orders to Invoices
• Document Scanning & Filing (Electronically)
• Work with Suppliers/Internal Teams to Clear Discrepancies (pricing, claims, incorrect data, etc.)
• Support Finance Team with Documentation to Support Processing Payments &
• Closing Invoices
• Other Ad Hoc Duties as Assigned.

Experience Requirements

• 2 years of finance experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years Account Payable or Invoice Processing experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, with strong Excel skills.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to compile and analyze large sets of data.
• Resourceful problem solver with the ability to use tools and resources to answer questions.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to identify problems in data intuitively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible, team player with the ability to work independently as well as with cross functional teams.
