What we need:

Mohawk is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to provide support all importing and exporting activities for our North America Flooring group

This is high-volume transactional work that includes responsibility for arranging air and ocean shipments.

What you'll do:

• Manage the day-to-day transportation of international freight to ensure complete customer satisfaction by facilitating timely and accurate communication for all exporting and importing activities
• Utilize supply chain system to track replenishment and direct customer containers
• Prepare transportation reports and send notifications immediately of issues that result in delays
• Coordinate delivery schedules through direct communication with carrier, drayage provider and warehouse
• Coordinate the ad-hoc international shipments of parts, machinery, promotional items, samples, wool and other commodities
• Seek competitive spot quotes for air and ocean shipments for special shipping requirements

What you have:

• 5+ years of experience in international logistics

What you're good at:

• Communicating effectively in oral, written and interpersonal form
• Working in a high-pressure environment and managing multiple priorities with confidence
• Completing high volumes of transactions while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
