This role requires flexibility, being able to build relationships quickly while assessing and providing in the moment person centered brief therapy that address medical, behavioral and social needs of the individual.?

Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants (IBHC) work collaboratively with medical staff and serve as an integral part of the medical team. In this position, you will provide comprehensive intake evaluations, interventions, and recommendations to services based on the individual needs of each client. Short term solution focused brief therapy and person-centered interventions are provided on site. Integrated care is a growing field with ongoing advancement opportunities.

What are we looking for in a Bilingual -Integrated Health Consultant?

Qualifications/Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy (required).
• Team based care experience (preferred).
• Broad knowledge of child development and mental health and behavioral health treatment modalities, including substance use recovery models, trauma informed and person-centered care and the impact of social determinants of overall health (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems (required).

**NOTICE**

In accordance with the BHN Mandatory COVID vaccine policy - all staff, interns, temps, residents and contractors are required to be fully vaccinated no later than day one of employment. Medical or religious exemptions will be offered and must be approved prior to starting work.

The same guidelines noted above apply during flu season (defined as December 1st - through end of flu season as announced by the CDC) for BHN's Mandatory Influenza Vaccine policy.
