Position Description:

Our outstanding insurance defense law firm is in search of a Commercial Litigation attorney with 3 + years of commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury or commercial auto

Requirements:

3 + years of commercial litigation experience, with a focus on insurance defense, personal injury or commercial auto experience

Admitted to the CA State Bar and be in good standing.

Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding legal representation and prioritize exemplary client service throughout the litigation process.

Perform thorough legal research, draft precise legal documents, and actively engage in negotiations and court proceedings to achieve favorable outcomes.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to devise strategic legal approaches that effectively address the complexities of each case.

Perform thorough legal research and prepare necessary legal documentation.

Work closely with team members and clients to achieve the best possible results.

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.

Billable Hours:

1800 billable hour requirement.
