ResponsibilitiesThe Instructional Specialist I serves as the instructor of record for The Career Center's asynchronous, virtual Experience Recognition Program (ERP) courses with student enrollment ranging between 275-450 students engaged in experiential learning opportunities each semester. The Instructional Specialist I manages functionality and teaching of ERP, including communicating with student participants, internship sites, faculty and staff; processing student applications for enrollment; promoting the programs to the FSU community; reporting on experiential learning engagements and program participation.
Key responsibilities include:
Master's degree in Higher Education, Career Counseling, Public Administration or a related field.
Experience teaching and/or providing workshops or trainings to a variety of audiences.
Experience in managing complex projects and/or program planning and evaluation.
Experience with Canvas or other student information systems, PowerPoint, and student-data-related technologies.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Strong interpersonal skills, and experience building and maintaining positive working relationships.

The anticipated salary range is the mid $40,000's, commensurate with experience and education.
