Description: Our client is currently seeking a IIOT/I4.0 Solutions Architect/Tech Lead

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

Job Description for Technical Lead:

  • We need a strong Technical Lead with 12+ experience in software industry with strong technical skills to support and execute multiple IIoT projects parallelly.
  • Help Project Managers and Business Analysts to define technical requirements and project plan needed to execute the IIoT project at multiple Client sites.
  • Attend daily calls for each Client site and answer technical queries of multiple teams around Ignition IIoT Platform.
  • Mandatory Skills: Design and Architecture, Ignition, MQTT data brokers Kepware, Matrikon, Azure Injector, Azure Event Hub, Basic Networking skills, Basic Security Skills like understanding firewall rules etc.
  • The candidate must be proficient and seasoned tech lead where is he able to support system integration team by making sure the VM's are ready for Ignition and Kepware Installation
  • Support DBA team by ensuring VM's are ready for SQL Server Installation
  • Working with SUN team to create Firewall rule requests to open multiple ports needed for Matrikon, Kepware, Ignition and Database.
  • The candidate will take full ownership and acts as custodian to implement Ignition Reference Architecture for each site.
  • Should be able to debug issues in the end-to-end stack form networking to Firewalls to connectivity and ensure that architecture is adhered to
  • Optional: Knowledge/Acquittance of PLC machines, PCN networks, Digital Smart Factory, Data & Analytics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting manufacturing execution and controls.
  • Project management experience through a product life cycle
  • Experience with ERP integration.
  • Working knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes
  • Proven capabilities with all industrial control systems; Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc minimum
  • Excellent problem identifying and solving aptitude with strong configuration skills
  • Proven capability to influence business team members by understanding and relating requirements.
  • Computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to travel for extended periods both domestically and internationally.
  • Willingness to work extended or irregular hours to ensure that key job responsibilities are accomplished
