We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Lead Coordinator in Provo, UT to deliver the most efficient, highest quality experiences in residential and commercial service. The Lead Coordinator represents the company as an internal selling agent of products and services by providing first contact with potential customers and coordinating the sales process through payment.

$16.00 - $20.00 an hour DOE

Shift:

Monday to friday 8 am -5 pm

Responsibilities

• Receive sales calls from existing customers and potential customers and provide product information, pricing, and product availability
• Provide information to customers to help them in their purchasing decisions for company products and services
• Accurately process sales orders from incoming calls as well as orders generated from outside sales representatives
• Prepare purchase orders, assign order numbers, and coordinate purchases from suppliers and/or in-house inventory
• Receive/create sales leads and referrals, provide customer assistance and refer calls to appropriate outside sales representative
• Calculate costs and prepare contracts for services and products
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and price quotations
• May travel to job sites to coordinate aspects of job and ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate customer requirements and request support from other departments to assist in achieving established objectives. Utilize expertise of service center staff to assist in business development, job costing and preparation of proposals
• Prepare sales reports, update lead database, and perform administrative support within the office
• Schedule installations, oversee ordering of equipment and materials for the job and provide general installation instruction

Qualifications

• A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and 1-3 years of general office or sales experience within the technical service industry required.
• Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Good communications skills are required. Must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
