Location: REMOTE
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources - Strategic Workforce Planning
Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in deep dive exploration and documentation of current annual activities such as succession planning, annual budget process, performance review, etc.
- Create SWP tools, templates and instruction manuals leveraging Microsoft Office Suite
- Develop measurement reports & dashboards
- Assist in the collection and testing of new data sources in Workday
- Perform market research for best practices, benchmarking, and KPI's
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of the HR function and processes
- Experience using and running reports in Workday
- Data analysis & dashboarding a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to break down processes, and identify interdependencies
- Ability to interview and ask probing questions to for information discovery
- Skilled in performing research
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
