Development of the Human Resources Department:

  • Administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Assists in the implementation of new personnel policies and procedures.
  • Assists with the tracking of departmental and company measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals.
  • Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the Human Resources department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary.
  • Accurately completes all Employment Verifications in a timely manner.
  • Employee Handbook Maintenance
  • Exit survey and high-level exit interviews when necessary
Employee Relations
  • Conducts new manager training and employee relations counseling.
  • Provide advisory guidance to management regarding Employee Relations issues, terminations, documentation, employee corrective action and coaching, and performance management.
  • Serves as point of contact for personnel issues regarding employees and managers, providing guidance as needed.
  • Participates in DEI initiative and works closely with ERGs
  • Creates tracking of departmental and company measurements that support the accomplishment of the company's strategic goals around employee relations.
  • Contact for onboarding group for all background check and drug screening issues
  • Point of contact regarding non-compete issues and coordinates with legal
I Immigration
  • Manages vendor to ensure the timely and proper filing of Visas
  • Coordinates all materials and documents to file for a VISA
I International
  • Liaison between US and Global HR partners to ensure we are united in policies and procedures
  • Train Global HR partners regarding onboarding and UKG
  • Maintain Global policies and handbooks
