We are currently seeking an Employee Experience & Change Management Intern. This full-time position works for approximately 37.5 hours per week. They will be accountable for supporting several initiatives, including our Global Engagement Survey, DSI-wide Well-Being and Work Life Balance program, and Flexible work Program, to name a few. These programs put employees at the center of our work at DSI, ensuring that they remain engaged in the DSI Mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation of actionable change management deliverables as outlined in the change management and communications plan for several high impact, visible HR initiatives
  • Create stakeholder engagement decks and materials
  • Support the coordination and facilitation of awareness and learning sessions for managers
  • Prepare and coordinate Feedback, Q&A sessions, office hours, etc. for key stakeholder groups
  • Coordinate preparation sessions for senior leaders and employees to serve as the voice of our programs
  • Organize and help prepare senior leaders to act as change agents / sponsors
  • Engage Change Coalition via Meeting Preparation, Teams, and other channels
  • Support building training assets including job aids, SharePoint pages, or user materials
  • Maintain SharePoint pages, update content, links, and ensure assets are refreshed
  • Assist with execution of employee experience surveys

These projects will enable you to make a meaningful difference to Daiichi Sankyo and you will give a capstone presentation to the HR Leadership Team at the end of your internship to share your experience, achievements, and learnings.   • Qualified candidates should be enrolled in an accredited graduate program with a concentration in Human Resources or related field.
  • Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred, experience in change management or in an HR Department a plus.
