Our client, an esteemed professional services firm, is seeking a temporary to hire HRIS Coordinator to join their Chicago team! This is role will play an integral part in maintaining employee records and confidential data within the company's HRIS, WorkDay.
Day to Day:
- Act as subject matter expert for employees utilizing WorkDay on the user end, assist with any questions and issues to provide guidance and troubleshooting
- Accurately maintain data and all records within WorkDay, constantly auditing information for correctness
- Run multiple reports daily, weekly, and monthly for leadership, creating comprehensive reports of system data and effectiveness
- Ensure WorkDay system upgrades and enhancements are rolled out properly to end users
- Assist with additional projects as needed
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS administration
- Working knowledge and understanding of WorkDay
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
- Advanced proficiency and proven experience utilizing Microsoft Excel for reporting, including using V-LookUps and Pivot Tables
- Ability to work on multiple project deadlines at one time and juggle tasks
