HR Generalist

Our client, a premier senior living community nestled in Portland, Oregon, offers exceptional care and vibrant lifestyles for seniors. With a rich history spanning 69 years, our community provides a continuum of care, ensuring residents can age in place with dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Managing payroll processing and related inquiries
• Handling employee benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
• Assisting with performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Managing employee records and ensuring compliance with HR regulations
• Assisting with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings and interviews
• Providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related role
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
