Job Title: HR Generalist
Job Summary: Under direction, responsible for assisting the personnel function within company, including compliance with laws and regulations concerning personnel, interviewing and special projects. Work involves regular contact with other divisions, departments and residents; performs related work as required.

About 2 years of work experience as an HR Generalist**
• Assist in the administration of the employee benefit programs like health plans, life insurance plans, pre-tax benefits, and 401(k) Employee Savings Plan to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Assist with Worker's Comp claims and running investigations
• Maintain accurate computerized personnel information by adding, updating and deleting data on HRIS in a timely manner.
• Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, employee handbooks and/or job descriptions
• Bilingual in Spanish - This is preferred but not required
Hours per week: 40
Salary Rate: $30 - $32/hr.
