The Global COE Demand Manager is responsible for ensuring global consistency in relation to Demand Management process, system use and interface. The incumbent will also be responsible for any potential process enhancements that will help the demand generation and lead management process. Will also prepare and handle the statistical process step per market and collate the local demand plans into higher level plans.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Establish, in coordination with the Global Demand Management CoE lead, consistent global demand management processes
  • Act as the capability and knowledge owner for their specific segments and / or regions
  • Promote operational best practices and alignment across the various functionsAssist Demand Planners in implementing any process or procedure improvements for demand planning team
  • Analyze and maintain forecast profiles and assign statistical models to product customer hierarchy combinations to generate accurate statistical forecasts
  • Continuously improve the statistical forecasts generated from the enterprise job that could not be approved in the validate statistical forecast process
  • Provide guidance to demand control team as they determine time fence and communicate these changes to the global organization
  • Provide support and guidance to Demand Management teams globally, as needed
  • Conduct, in coordination with the Global Demand Management CoE Lead, trainings and knowledge sharing session with the demand management teams on best practices
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in internal and external meetings
  • Identify any gaps or areas of improvement for the optimization of lead flow

Education/Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of a BS or BA in Operations, Finance, Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain is required
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience working in demand systems is required
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills required
  • Supply Chain experience with good understanding of processes in sales, marketing, and finance is required
  • Experience with SAP, ERP, IBP, BW and/or Tableau is a plus
