SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for directing and training supervisors in all facets including but not limited to:
- production paperwork
- yields
- time and attendance
- discipline
- motivation
- turnover
- absenteeism
- safety
- problem solving
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 1 plus years' experience in a supervisory role preferred.
- Two years employment at Tyson or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: One (1) year of Rendering experience preferred.
- Must have strong knowledge of rendering operations and maintenance of equipment.
- This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel in a single department to work as a unit to perform similar and/or interrelated tasks and activities.
- Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
