Your new role

The Estimator will be responsible for the development of budgets and estimates, ensuring the design meets the construction budget while maximizing the scope of work on smaller, less complex projects with minimal assistance. On larger, more complex projects, the Estimator will receive oversight and guidance from a Senior Estimator.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience Estimating within a GC Environment
• Technical Knowledge in Sage, iSqFt, Excel, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Asta Scheduling, Modelogix
• Mixed Commercial Project Estimation Experience - Office, TI, Industrial, Retail etc
• PPRBD Permit Process Knowledge Preferred
• Understanding of Geotechnical/Soil Reports
