The Department of World Languages and Cultures in the College of Arts and Sciences invites applications for several fulltime and part-time teaching positions for 2024-25 (French, Japanese, Swahili, Yoruba). We seek outstanding applicants with a demonstrated track record of excellence in teaching. Evidence of interest and success in mentoring underrepresented students is highly desired.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Earned Master's in French, Japanese, Swahili, or Yoruba language or a related field from an accredited institution;
  • Record of effective teaching; and
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
