Ultimate Staffing is working with a company in Dallas seeking an Order Fulfillment Supervisor. This person will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate processing of customer orders from receipt to delivery.

• Manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, including order creation, production scheduling, final cleaning, and receiving/shipping
• Utilize ERP system and other software tools to track orders, generate work orders and shipping documentation
• Monitor order status and inventory levels
• Review, develop, and update procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Assigns work orders to picking teams to complete orders according to product specifications
• Reviews, checks, and signs off on all work completed by the employees

Requirements

• Previous experience in order fulfillment, manufacturing, or warehouse operations
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisor or manager role
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
