Financial Report Writer/Analyst

Compensation: $35.69/hour

The Financial Report Writer/Analyst position assists with ongoing and ad hoc financial and budget reporting for the Agency, and with daily upkeep over its Business Intelligence (BI) data reporting warehouse for staffing and payroll information. In addition, this position will generate and compile data base reports from the Agency’s electronic health record and ERP systems. This individual will have proven knowledge over ERP systems reporting and use proven knowledge of specialized reporting tools to create/develop reports as required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Preparation of various financial and budgetary reports
• Dashboard reporting for staffing levels and payroll expense
• Monthly preparation of unit account entries for various staffing and payroll data
• Daily upkeep over the Agency’s BI360 data warehouse
• Maintaining mapping of all reporting segments within the BI360 data warehouse
• Assisting with preparation of recurring payroll and FTE reports
• Development and deployment of various revenue cycle reports out of the Agency’s electronic health record systems
• Development and deployment of various accounting reports out of BI360 and Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Assisting Sr. Director of Finance with monthly revenue cycle journal entries

EDUCATION

• High School/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge over Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and health care revenue cycle reporting required
