Posted Job TitleFinancial Coordinator- TemporaryJob Profile TitleTemporary Employee - Non-ExemptJob Description SummaryThis position temporary position manages, with great attention to detail, a variety of important administrative tasks for the Law Business Affairs Office in support of its Director of Fiscal Operations and Associate Dean for Business Affairs and CFO. This position is knowledgeable of University policy and practice, works cooperatively with members of the Business Affairs Office, and responds effectively to the needs of the Penn Carey Law community.

- Serve as a reviewer for Penn Carey Law faculty, staff, and students; assume the role of delegate for faculty at their request and some staff.
- Create purchase orders, track requests, journal to correct accounts, and compile data for financial reports as needed.
- Prepare orders using BEN Financials Purchasing and Procurement card.
- Support departmental leaders in obtaining vendor information and pricing on request.
- Process transactions through the Penn Marketplace.
- Process Purchasing Card transactions when appropriate per request by Law School departments, faculty, or staff.
