This position is eligible for a HYBRID work model from our New Holland, PA office.

  • Manage customer relationships by using analytic skills and negotiating techniques to resolve delinquent customer accounts up to 60 days past due using all available collection tools while promoting customer retention and dealer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information such as equipment usage and value, crop planting cycles, income stream, weather conditions and economic data to determine the viability of alternative payment arrangements while protecting company assets
  • Respond to customer, dealer, brand, and internal inquiries via telephone and email to drive best-in-class customer service
  • Maintain assigned performance objectives for daily/monthly call volumes, phone availability, quality assessments, monthly delinquency targets and collection tool utilization
  • Work within the framework of established CNH Industrial Capital policies, procedures, and approval authorities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements
  • Annual Salary for this position is $44,000 to $60,000 plus quarterly incentives based on targets (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

  • Associates Degree in a financial related field


  • High School Diploma and 1+ years of collections or customer service experience in the financial services or banking industry which includes internship experience
  • Must be able to work weekdays from 8am to 5pm with the potential for some weekday overtime and/or Saturdays from 8am to 12pm as business conditions dictate

The Preferred Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual Spanish & English
  • Prior collections or customer service experience in the financial services or commercial banking industry preferred
