Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manufacturing and Assembly - understand proper assembly of both mechanical and
electrical configurations, complete equipment sign off prior to shipment.
Bill of Materials - Must have a good understanding of design and specifications.
Ability to provide feedback to Engineering, Sales and Management on inefficiencies or
safety concerns.
Installation of equipment at customer locations as well as in-house. Ensure proper
functionality of equipment and operator orientation prior to production.
Ability to perform troubleshooting and make necessary repairs. Recommend
preventive maintenance and proper machine utilization. Knowledge of the
equipment's programmed software with ability to identify and correct the machine's
processing with minimal Engineering intervention.
Coordination with Sales, review and record audit sheets to identify retrofits and
spare items, conduct presentations to customer's staff.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE:

• Proficient in English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Walking in a manufacturing setting with multiple stairs and inclines, and/or, sitting for
long periods of time in performing work
• Ability to bend, stretch, twist and move about freely while working on equipment
• Travel both domestically and internationally
• Ability to handle cultural differences and living conditions.

Specialized skills/technical knowledge:
Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Outlook.
Ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.
Effectively develops communications (graphically, written and verbal skills)
Ability to write technical reports
PLC operational and programming exposure with ability to troubleshoot and correct PLC
programs - REQUIRED.
Electrical and Mechanical operation of machinery including installed software.
Ability to read and understand Engineering drawing, blueprints and schematics.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Academic/Credentials/Certifications
Requires an Associate's Degree - Engineering Technology or Electrical Engineering
Length of experience
At least 3 years of experience in the Electrical/Mechanical Engineering field.
