Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)- Fairview Heights, IL

We are looking for a physician to join our innovative direct primary care model. You'll see 8-14 patients a day and manage a panel of patients who love having more time with their provider. Provider will be overseeing a health center in Fairview Heights, IL 40/hr per week.

• More time with your patients: appointments range from 30 to 60 minutes
• Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)

• MD or DO
• Board certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine and Pediatrics
• Willingness to be on call 24/7 for urgent patient needs so we can optimize care quality and reduce unnecessary ER visits (these calls are infrequent)
