What you'll do

  • The CFO's organization is looking for a Director FP&A and Operations Finance, or Executive Director dependent on preferred experience and qualifications, to support CSG's Payments & Merchant Services department (CSG Forte Payments Inc.). CSG Forte delivers scalable digital payments for smarter and faster business growth. Our world-class, award-winning technology offers a unified end-to-end payments platform that easily adapts to changing needs and empowers companies to transform their payments operations into a competitive business strategy. With CSG Forte, companies can process omnichannel payments and offer agnostic payment acceptance. CSG Forte manages billions of payments annually for over 95,000 merchants across government, telecom, insurance and other industries. While reporting into the SVP FP&A, you will also have a daily direct matrixed line into CSG's CFO and the President of CSG Forte, requiring strategic, operational, financial, managerial, and leadership competencies to help build CSG's strategy, growth goals, and enterprise risk
  • Strategic: Bridge market sizing (TAM and SAM), economic conditions, and regulatory analysis with go-to-market strategies (channels, pricing, marketing, segment & industry focus)
  • Operational: Integrated team member of Finance, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and Legal business cycles and roadmap planning
  • Financial: Recurring financial processes, planning, analysis, and ad-hoc analysis that supports business execution, enablement, and risk management. Conceptualize the synthetization of large datasets into information and metrics for applicable insights
  • Managerial: Proactive and detailed project management of people and processes with concise communications
  • Leadership: Curious, responsive, agile, forward-thinking, and influential

  • Bachelor's degree in business related disciplines (Finance, Accounting, Economics) or MBA
  • Proficiency in English in a business environment
  • 10+ years of progressive financial management experience in a corporate or department function
  • 5+ years of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience
  • 5+ years of supervising teams
  • Compile the departments Annual Budget
  • Monitor and coordinate QTC (Quote to Cash) and PTP (Purchase to Pay) processes between operations, accounting, treasury, and tax
  • Monitor, process, and mediate sales commissions with sales teams, sales enablement, and accounting
  • Conduct monthly financial and business reviews with the CFO and CSG Forte President
  • Meet and conduct reviews with CSG functional executives on financial performance goals, business objectives, and current risks and opportunities
  • Develop and always reimagine tools and analysis for department functions, such as Pricing & Return on investment models, forecasting models, and operational efficiency metrics
  • Lead any financial integrations of all acquisitions
  • Build coordinated and influential business relationships across all finance teams, product management, legal, marketing, human resources, sales, sales enablement, and technology
  • Project manage development of more scalable, and insightful business insights through technology and processes, including the integration and migration of Forte's BI requirements

Position Pay Range:

This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.
$150,120.62-$240,193.61

This role is eligible for bonus and equity.
