EverCommerce is looking for a Web Developer to join our Digital Marketing team. You will play a key role in building and maintaining websites and digital marketing assets, consulting with subsidiaries to get them on our standardized technology platforms and helping them run as efficiently as possible.

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed across North America, with more than 40 office locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States; if you're near one of our offices and want to work in-office, we can set that up, or this role can be 100% remote. You must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada in order to qualify for this role.
What you'll be doing:
In this role, you will report to the Lead Web Developer on the Digital Marketing team. You will develop web assets including WordPress websites, templates for marketing landing pages and emails, and more for a portfolio of companies. You will work closely with the central EverCommerce marketing team and portfolio company teams to develop compelling web experiences and marketing assets.
- Support and own the development and launch of WordPress websites
- Support and own the development of Marketing collateral such as Marketo landing page and email templates
- Work closely with the marketing team to bring new user interaction and conversion features to existing websites
- Support the launch of landing pages and multi-variate tests
- Bring designs to life via HTML/CSS/JS
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device support
- Develop HTML emails for marketing platforms such as Marketo and Pardot
- Identify and fix website bugs and rendering issues
- Effectively communicate project statuses as well as issues and barriers
Requirements:
- 3+ years Advanced knowledge and experience with HTML5/CSS with an emphasis on cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with CSS pre-processors such as SCSS, Less
- Experience with front-end build tools such as node, NPM, and Gulp
- Strong JavaScript chops
- Comfortable building static web pages from scratch
- Familiarity with GIT version control, GitHub Actions experience a plus
- Advanced understanding of WordPress including custom theme and plugin development
- Strong understanding of hosting environments and experience troubleshooting website errors
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, sketch or other design/development applications
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time

- Experience with Elementor Page builder & building custom widgets a plus

- Experience with Marketing Technology platforms a plus (Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
- Experience developing HTML Emails a plus

Compensation: The total compensation for this role is $80k-90k annually in Denver and most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including
