EVENTS PROJECT COORDINATOR

One of The Select Groups top clients is looking for an Events Project Coordinator to join their team in a hybrid fashion. The ideal candidate will have background coordinating projects and events. They will be working closely with Outreach and Engagement Specialists to develop training materials, presentations, and other educational materials. They will have to be onsite occasionally and attend events, which could include nights and weekends. If this sounds like you, please apply today!

EVENTS PROJECT COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years in Project Coordinator role
  • Ability to use and incorporate various hardware and software packages in support of project outcomes
  • Understand the beginning to end process of leading an event
  • Familiar with selection of customer tracking tools.
EVENTS PROJECT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Efficient engagement of all project stakeholders to facilitate project outcomes;
  • comprehend, develop, and adhere to project budgets
  • Produce in-person, virtual and hybrid conferences, workshops, and webinars that advanced the vision, mission and values of the company and/or its funded research projects
  • Monitor the planning and execution of project activities to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, reporting, and scope.
