Nucor Steel Kankakee is seeking a strong candidate for the position of Administrator
This position will be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks including but not limited to:
• Assist with general administrative tasks i.e. preparing documents, ordering and tracking items, generating reports/presentations via excel/PowerPoint, etc.
• Organizing and arranging events, training, meetings, interviews and other items as needed
• Communicating effectively with teammates and leadership, keeping them informed of any pertinent information
• Review of timesheets as well as assisting supervisors/managers and HR in completing the payroll process
• Assist in maintaining the Oracle EBS system
• Assist in maintaining records/perform record review
Minimum Qualifications:
• Two years of experience in an administrative role
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 1+ year experience with Oracle EBS
