About the Role:

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for facilitating a positive and superior student experience from application through enrollment.

Essential Functions:

  • Ownership of effectively moving Students through the admissions process at application submission.
  • Responsible for timely communication with Students who are not moving through the admissions process.
  • Responsible for accurately tracking all Closed applications, ensuring compliance is met throughout.
  • Facilitating the admissions interview process with regards to coordination of interview schedules, assisting students with directions and answering inquiries, and maintaining status and notes in our CRM software
  • Assistance in fielding the main phone lines and answering inquiries.
  • Management of admin tools related to the movement of Students from application to enrollment.
  • Working collaboratively with the Admissions and Delivery teams to ensure a quality admissions process for prospective students.
  • Using consultative selling techniques to reach out to cold and warm leads to move them through the admissions process.

Experience and Requirements:
  • 1-3 Years minimum in Customer Service/direct customer interaction role preferred
  • Must be proficient with using Google Suite, including spreadsheets, and logging activities in a CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, etc)
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrates effective collaboration
  • Likes working with data; enjoys diving into the detail
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage various and competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail

Working Conditions:

Regular office hours

Occasional evening and weekend hours as required for events

Occasional travel

Compensation & Benefits: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market, and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.

We anticipate the hourly rate range to be $16.52 to $21.48. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Eligible employees may receive a bonus.
