Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking Engineering Technicians "contingent" on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This work supports the U.S. Navy and will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland.


The Engineering Technicians will fulfill two separate roles: one in software engineering, and the other as a COMSEC manager.
All Engineering Technicians will require a minimum of 10 years of experience providing engineering support to the DoD. Additionally, there are individual specialized requirements for each Engineering Technician position based on their specialty area.

SW EngineerAt least ten years of experience as software engineering lead supporting Navy/Marine Corp platforms with Ground Proximity Warning Systems (GPWS), Terrain Awareness Warning Systems (TAWS), TAWS II and Automated TAWS flight safety capabilities.
COMSEC ManagerExperienced as a primary COMSEC manager at a contractor facility is required. Experience as a NSA-certified COMSEC Account Manager maintaining the Distributed INFOSEC Accounting System (DIAS). Experience in tracking all accountable items as directed in the NSA/CSS Policy Manual 3-16. Experience following NSA guidelines, key ordering from controlling authorities, and overall COMSEC procedures in accordance with NSA standards. Experience in developing formal and informal ARC-210/MUOS Training for operators, maintainers, engineers, and test personnel.

Educational Requirements for all Engineering Technicians:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Candidates who do not satisfy the degree requirement may still qualify with either:
    • Associate's degree along with 4 additional years of specialized experience; or
    • High School diploma/GED along with 6 additional years of specialized experience.

Security Requirements for all Engineering Technicians:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• ACTIVE DoD SECRET CLEARANCE required.
• Top Secret Clearance highly desired for COMSEC Manager role.
