Job Description:

• Major Responsibilities:
• Approximately 50%-75% of the work will be project related rather than day to day tasks.
• Involvement in Lean Manufacturing improvement teams.
• Running and assisting in product development trials.
• Data collection and analysis by computer-based programs to monitor quality and resolve process issues.
• Assist in chemical and/or process improvement trial coverage and data analysis.
• Assist in managing multiple capital projects
• Working closely with Quality, Technical Service, and Production personnel, along with other co-ops, to troubleshoot production issues and improve cost efficiency.
• Monitor mill processes for emissions and work on EPA reporting and permitting.
