Job Description:

This position is responsible for the assembly of stock components and for troubleshooting returned products from the field. Interaction with Engineering Department is required for design change, product enhancement, and improving customer satisfaction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for the assembly of stock components and for troubleshooting returned products from the field. Interaction with Engineering Department is required for design change, product enhancement, and improving customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform mechanical assembly and cleaning of various crane components.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Build or assemble both non-electrified and electrified components by following the specified directions from the job paperwork
  • Identify any potential issues
  • Communication with Electrical Technicians
  • Notify the Production Supervisor when maintenance supplies and parts need to be ordered or replenished prior to running out
  • Maintain the general equipment, machinery, and work area
  • Keep the equipment and area clean and free of excess debris

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Basic wiring knowledge
  • Basic use of hand tools
  • Basic electrical knowledge
  • Read basic blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Panel building experience
  • Cable running experience
  • Fine motor skills
  • Ability to work overtime
