Salary/Position Classification

• $14.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
• 10-20 hours per week
• 100% Remote Work Availability: No
• Hybrid Work Availability: No

This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

• Conduct weekly and monthly safety inspections on fire and life safety equipment.
• Disinfect personal protective equipment.
• Assist with general office duties, such as filing and computer assistance.

• Must be able to work well with others and independently.
• Must be able to operate Microsoft office software.
• Must be able to demonstrate organizational skills.

• Must have experience with Microsoft office.
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must be able to walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs and work on metal deck floors.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. This position does not support visa sponsorship for continued employment.

• Experience and coursework in sciences or engineering preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
