GDH Consulting is looking for an E-Commerce Content Marketing Specialist to work remotely.

What you'll do:

As a Global E-commerce content marketing specialist, you will be directly involved in marketplace content management globally across E-commerce marketplaces and Salsify, our Product Information Management tool. You will be working on high visibility projects that touches content across multiple online platforms worldwide. Your work will directly impact the digital experience for millions of customers across the globe who visit various e-commerce sites every day.

Who you'll work with:

You will have cross functional engagements with various internal teams, including Marketing, IT, and Product Management. Externally you'll engage with Amazon support teams, partners and E-commerce content syndicators.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, monitor, and manage errors in product content listings across the Amazon catalog Globally.
  • Adeptly classify errors and take steps to resolve them through Amazon channels.
  • Track and sort large amounts of product information and other data to ensure information is well organized and accurately displayed online across E-commerce platforms.
  • Clearly communicate your findings and remediation strategies with diverse functional teams and audiences.
  • Be persistent to address and solve errors - you'll need to be tenacious!
  • Verify and ensure the accuracy of all product content within the PIM (Product Information Management) including key data fields, attributes, product descriptions, graphics, images, and documents needed to support sales online. Key platforms: Salsify, Amazon Vendor Central and Cisco's Marketing Velocity Central
  • Execute bulk uploads and syndication of updated or new basic content (featured bullets, descriptions, titles, secondary images, etc) to the PIM with uploads of A+ content into Amazon Vendor Central.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or other relevant degree is required
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce content marketing
  • Strong analytical acumen and problem solver
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Have a proven ability to implement projects in a rapidly changing environment, with a strong emphasis on virtual team working and remote meetings
  • Deploy good project planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Have excellent analytical skills and be knowledgeable in use of content management systems
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Salsify (a huge plus but not mandatory)
  • Be versatile and flexible. Ability to change gears and turn around simple tweaks, updates and variations quickly
