Director - Digital Marketing & Operations

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced digital marketing leader for our open Director of Digital Marketing & Operations position. In this role you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead, implement and improve upon the overall digital marketing strategy and infrastructure for our Health Care business.

As a seasoned B2B marketing leader you have a passion for winning and possess an exceptional balance of communication and analytical skills to successfully partner with customers, influencers, third party vendors and internal stakeholders at every level of the organization, across multiple functions, to advance our marketing performance. You will serve as the in-house expert on outbound demand generation strategy and digital performance management to ensure strong funnel performance and contribution to revenue.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve the use of current martech platforms (CRM, automation, web, paid/organic search (SEO), account-based marketing (ABM), social media, etc) and the evaluation of new technology to scale the business.
  • Effectively manage and coach a team of digital marketing experts who support marketing initiatives through skilled execution in their respective domain.
  • Assess, optimize and establish SLAs and processes to enable the effective go-to-market launch of demand generation programs while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and orchestrate the execution of Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs across the business; work closely with our marketing and sales teams to define, segment, execute and measure.
  • Represent marketing in sales enablement technology solution and process decisions; Provide marketing business requirements for Health Care for enterprise data management initiatives.
  • Effectively communicate across the organization, sharing project updates, timelines, processes and results, while also championing the marketing team and demonstrating our impact on the business.
  • Apply industry expertise and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance within the department
  • Manage the digital marketing budget ensuring appropriate spend across channels and vertical markets in support of business objectives.

Skills/Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or related field; MBA/Masters level education or equivalent experience preferred; experience in healthcare or health IT is a plus.
  • 10+ years of hands-on B2B experience in demand generation marketing, managing a full-stack Martech infrastructure including automation. Hands on experience can include but not limited to: Salesforce, Eloqua, Terminus, Sprinklr, Sitecore, Adobe, Google Analytics, Searchmetrics
  • Team management experience and executive presence including demonstrated strong interpersonal, presentation, and team-building capabilities a must
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation, lead nurturing, and pipeline acceleration programs, including the robust application of social media channels and content development
  • A demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and retention goals, taking a team-first approach; able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to partner with marketing colleagues to understand campaign strategies and provide digital support that optimizes impact and ROI
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment; Self-directed in ambiguous situations
  • Creative, passionate marketer with desire to innovate and transform marketing practices and strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively
  • High attention to detail and focus on quality output necessary
  • Experience managing budgets and spend across digital properties
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results; High comfort with data, analytics, and campaign measurement and reporting
  • Ability to attract, develop and retain high performing talent
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into consolidated, compelling messages.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization, supporting a portfolio of solutions across multiple industry market segments
