Job Title: RN - Dialysis (Renal)

Duties & Responsibilities: The Renal Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis for the treatment of kidney failure or chronic kidney disease. Working closely with nephrologists, dialysis technicians, and other healthcare professionals, the Renal Dialysis RN delivers comprehensive care, monitors patients' dialysis treatments, and educates patients and their families about kidney disease management. This position requires clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Nurse
• 3 years nephrology experience preferred
• Previous experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis-preferred
• M-F 5 8 hour shifts (8a-5p)
• Will cover 5-6 clinics (based on patient volume)
• Primary focus will be patient education and collaboration (no direct patient care, no on call)
