- Matrix Providers is hiring a Dentist to join our team of talented medical professionals to conduct one-time, non-treatment Veteran Disability Exams, onsite, in Duluth, MN.
- PRN, Independent Contractor, hourly position paid bi-weekly.
- 1 - 2 times per month, depending on volume, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.
Requirements: The Dentist (DMD/DDS) must have the following requirements:
- Degree: Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS).
- Education: Graduate from an accredited dental school approved by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) of the American Dental Association (ADA). A specialty Dentist must graduate from a dental specialty training program that the CODA of the ADA or an accepted equivalent program accredits.
- Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted license in the specialty field of M.D. or D.O. for your employment.
- Certification: Have an active and valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Review pertinent medical history documentation and provide veterans with one-time, non-treatment compensation and pension exams.
- The Dentist will capture responses during the exam through web-based examination form(s); all documentation will be completed electronically. Completed exams are sent to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for disability award determinations.
