We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Ideal Dental Lab located in Albuquerque, NM, for a full time CDT Dental Lab Technician (Removable Repair). 

The regular hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and subject to change as needed.

• NDX Ideal in Albuquerque, NM, is currently hiring for a Certified Dental Denture Technician with experience in the removable department. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

• Skillset and knowledge of all aspects of Removable Departments. Ability to shift from department to department and perform essential functions of each individual position while maintaining quality standards.

• All fabrication steps and applicable tools are outlined in the Technical Team Policies (TTPs). Insure all steps are followed, in order, to insure consistent, accurate results.

• Maintains a superior level of product knowledge through internal training and other resources. Individually responsible for continued learning in-depth product knowledge, staying current with laboratory and industry product and technology updates.

• Ensures that product quality standards are met. Identifies and helps solve process issues that impact product quality. 

• Provides clear technical support and consultative expertise to troubleshoot and manage cases, especially complex and problem cases.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in dental removable functions

Must have multi-cross training in removable functions

Preferred 5 years of previous experience in dental lab
