Position Purpose:Reporting to the chairs of the Departments of Economics, Government and Quantitative Social Sciences, the Data Scientist working in the Social Science Data and Computation Lab at Dartmouth College serves as an integral member of the academic community. This individual provides expertise in data science and statistical analysis, supports faculty and students in their original research projects using data analysis tools such as Stata, R, and Python, and collaborates with researchers within the social sciences to advance the university's research initiatives.
