RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Analyst (Benefits/SQL/Testing) in Durham, NC.Key Tasks:- Data Analyst will align, plan, and implement new product capability delivery with in-flight implementations
- Drive and/or support execution of key implementation activities (example: data conversion load)
- Participate in validation and/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and/or product offering requirements
- Collaborating with the Director - Client HealthCare Consulting to define client specific configurable variations to support a client plan and/or administrative requirements
- Performing root cause analysis to identify gaps or trends for continuous improvement opportunities
- Submitting requests and/or assisting with translation of business requirements to technology partners, as applicable
- Crafting training material and reference material for participant services
- As a Data Analyst, you will be assisting and mentoring the broader team
- Engaging in and/or leading ongoing courses to support continued personal development
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- 3+ years of Health and Welfare benefits service experience
- 3+ years of experience (and demonstrated competence, depth, and breadth) of professional experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Prior client implementation and/or platform migration experience a plus
- Experience in Agile preferred, but not required
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
